To buy our products please go to the Select Products to Order. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from our website means that you agree to them. Ordering You can buy our products online using our secure e-com ordering system. Go to Select Products to Order, browse and follow instructions to purchase. Please ensure your card in in date and that you enter your details carefully. You will receive an email confirming that your has order has been placed. Payment will be processed within 7 days of receipt of order. If you would prefer to place your order by post, paid by UK cheque, please email your address details and we will forward you an order form. Sample Packs The price of a sample pack will be deducted from subsequent wallpaper orders and Goods purchases totalling £100 or more. Packaging Wallpapers are delivered in protective cardboard tubes or other protective packaging. Sample packs, Stickers and Lets go Fresco orders, are packed in either a hard backed A4 envelope or an A4 sized box. Lampshades come in a box. Instructions We provide instructions for all our goods, but recommend that the wallpapers are installed by a professional paper hanger. The stickers can be installed by a competent adult but children should be supervised. We advise against our products being applied to unsound surfaces which may be damaged, French polished or antique furniture/fittings. All our products can be removed from sound smooth surfaces but may leave a residue. Please contact us directly for recommendations of suitable cleaning products. Terms and Conditions Our Website invites you to buy Goods from Us. When placing an order with Interactive Wallpaper TM you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. The price for all our products is shown in British Pounds and includes all taxes applicable to the UK mainland. Privacy We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose your information to any third parties. Delivery Charges are added at the time of your order. Our post days are Thursday and Tuesday each week using special UK and International Royal Mail Services. These services require a signature for receipt of goods. We recommend that your delivery address is at a place where someone can sign for receipt of goods. Please contact us by email if you have any questions or requirements regarding delivery. All orders are produced and assembled individually and normally this will take up to 14 days. At busy periods this may be extended to 30 days. The rest of the world delivery times can vary. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We provide installation instructions with your purchase. We strongly recommend that you read these fully. Interactive Wallpaper will not be held responsible for any problems encountered in installing your Goods. Defective Goods If your Goods are defective on delivery, you are entitled to return them to us provided you have first contacted us by email or in writing and we have agreed that the Goods should be returned to us. The Goods should be returned to us in the packaging they were received in and securely sealed and sent by recorded delivery within 30 days – for a full refund. If on receipt it appears that the Goods are defective, we will promptly arrange to deliver replacement Goods free of charge and return postage costs. Or if you request, a full refund of the price of the defective Goods. Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered, if the design you have chosen is not available or one or more of the Goods you ordered was listed at a incorrect price. Product and Pricing Descriptions The product information and photographs contained within our website and any information we dispatch is provided for illustrative purposes only and we cannot warrant that they are accurate. We will not accept liability for any errors in description of Goods on the website or product information and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them. We will do our best to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order. We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your lack of ability to use our website. General The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions, but do not affect your statutory rights. You may view and print out pages from our website for the sole purpose of buying our products. You cannot use any images, logos descriptions or text from our site without written permission.
